  • The headaches come. At first, they come from not understanding. You get information from people and events and your head hurts but the hurt is purely mental as you try to wrap your brain around new ideas - the possibility of taping into the energy and knowledge that is swimming around you. The idea that you are part of that knowledge and energy. Learning that you and your body are not one.

Through your dream travels, you realize that your body is a vehicle on loan. When dreaming or meditating, your soul is swimming through data like the inside of a universal cloud computer. It is all there and if you grab onto the right line, you can travel to the far ends of the globe interacting with souls and the others.

After awhile, you start to lose interest in trivial things and people. Why argue? Patience flourishes but the headaches... those remain and intensify.

For now the headaches are physical.

First, it is your ears. You go to the doctor and have your head examined over and over again but there is nothing physically wrong. Soon you realize that spirits or angels are trying to talk to you.

Meditation helps relieve this pain as you can quiet your mind enough to hear what they have to say. Caught at the edge of thought, they talk with guidance and bluntness but the pitch is so high that your ears feel like they are exploding and sometimes that is all you can focus on. The pain.

At other times, the pain comes from other people. Whether they intend to or not, they throw thoughts into the wind that target your head like a bulls eye. If they are skilled, the pain will stop you in your tracks, if they aren't it is just an ache. The message always comes and knowing doesn't mean that you're prepared to deal with it. Hate, jealousy, love, worry, fear, greed. The feeling of the person is conveyed and you know how they really feel even if they don't... which is altogether another type of headache.

    Seeing a headache differently.
    Seeing yourself differently.
    Seeing the universe differently.

The process will begin when you are ready.m
