  • One of the most difficult things in life is to let go. We hang on to people, memories, bad experiences and we make them into a straight jacket and we live inside paralyzed in time and always somewhere dark because we were hurt in the past and our mind wants to be the permanent victim of the world.
I do believe in every situation as I mentioned before there are two sides of the coin, and one side cannot make the story. I feel sorry for people who go around making everybody a culprit of his or her disasters and dramas, when they have gifted intelligent minds. They can choose the right path in life. They are capable to distinguish what is right and wrong and they go to the side of the darkness by their own will.
We must be responsible for our own achievements and our own failures. No one puts a gun to our head to force us into a decision but it is so much easier to blame everybody and to stay in the comfortable role of the eternal victim.
Sometimes we have a gift to have an extraordinary person or event so close to our hearts but obsessions and control make this divine gift to go away forever. No amount of anger, accusations or remorse will bring this blessing back into our lives and maybe that is a great lesson. Do not take for granted what is extraordinary because even this will pass too as the Buddhist’s say.
Sometimes we lose everything and the world is to blame. Maybe it is part of us that is to blame even more, because what we see outside is always we have inside. We are the mirrors of everything and If we only find negative experiences coming from other people, the negativity and the terrible sins we accuse others of are part of us, but it is easy to see them in others.
That is wrong. We must walk from the shadows one day and move following the flow of life. There are many lessons to be learnt but if we spend our time in an eternal dream that we have been hurt by the whole world we will always be in that stage of pain and resentment.
Life is waiting to be lived and is a time for everything like King Salomon mentioned in the Bible.
It is a time to laugh and it is a time to cry
It is a time to remember and it is a time to forget
It is a time to be together and it is a time to be apart
It is a time of sorrow and it is a time of joy.
Life has all the four seasons and we must go through the warmth of the Summer, the melancholy of Autumn, the cold of Winter and the blooming promises of a new Spring.
We cannot stay forever in the Winter because that equals to be dead before time.
I love a quote of a special woman who wrote
"Courage is not always to roar,
Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day
that says, tomorrow I will try again
