  • Flying to Milingimbi in the Northern Territory of Australia's Arnhem land. Charters cost around $1000 each and up to 25 fly to Milingimbi every day of the year primarily bringing government employees to "fix problems".

    Then the government pays for fences to be put up around the houses to protect children from the culprits of acts of domestic violence, but the offenders live in the houses with them so they are really being fenced in to their problems.

    It's paradise out there, but the social problems are caught in a Catch 22 Welfare cycle.
