  • I believed in them, not in me.
    That was all.

Trauma section,1A.M., 2008: my life starts again.
    I am the princess.
    I am the warrior.
I am my only true love.
I am everything and without me, I’m nothing.
Or at least, that’s what fire said to me,
stabbing my flesh with the knives of reality.

I am not going to let the others drain me again from myself.
My soul, my skin, my bones, my blood: they are not for sale no more.
Running the direction of my veins, living something which is mine,
Making the secret hidden golden star of my night
Wake up and speak up bright.

    No sin
    No anxiety
I turn around and there are still soft caring hands
I am going to bury the skeleton of my fear
I am going to rewrite the remaining of my past
I’m gonna be the mother and the baby,
the man and the woman, the cloud and the sun
Because I am the one that dances with my future
I am the one that sings and beads my present

No matter what the weathercast says,
No matter what kind of TV program there is,
No matter what the others think about me or shout to me,
I read the scars of my skin with patience and respect
And I let myself be true or just be,
From the skull of my imperfection
To the toes of my vulnerability
going across the love of my intestines.
