The man in the picture is a pedicab driver. he said he just tied his pedicab to the coconut tree and walked to safety, bringing along the detachable seat of his pedicab. when the waters subsided the next day, he reattached the seat and went back to work, shuttling the flood victims back and forth, at the cost of at least P10.00 per person per trip.)
