Hi!! My name is Aldon Steele, and I’m an enroled member of The Oglala Sioux tribe in Pine Ridge S.D. I grew up in an alcoholic family, and grew up in a foster home since I was one years old. When I was 6 yrs old, I broke my first horse and I never stopped since. Now I got 38 horses of my own. I joined a gang when I was 16 yrs old, then I started to drink a lot with my friends and smoke weed. Then I started to go to jail. Spent two years in a J.D.C., got out and started to drink agan, then quite for a while, but started to do it again. Then I lost my mom to drinking then my drinking got worse. I stole from people that I knew and broke into plaes of bssinesses.

Now I’m 26 yrs old, I found an higher power, I’m trying to change my life around and do right so I can pay back for all the things Ive done. I wanna sart a horsemanship programe started so I can help young indeviguls get a starton life, and show them that there is a reason to live. There’s no need for them to go in the wrong direction. That’s my point on the rez, is that everyone is stuck on alcohol
