    Roast Aubergine whole in oven for an hour.
    Blend in a food processor with:
    two or three garlic cloves
    a dash of lemon juice
    a dessert spoon of Tahini (sesame seed butter)
    and a sprinkle of salt.

    It is heaven to eat with hummous.
