  • I was in Paris three years ago. One cold day of winter I was walking through the beautiful Saint German. Something unusual called my attention. It was a man on a corner of the street asking for help. He did not look like a traditional beggar, but he was clean and with a wide smile. People were walking by and not many of them stopped until they saw what he had next to him. It was a beautiful pram with a little cat sleeping inside, looking very cosy and completely oblivious to the exterior world. The cat made a difference and many more people gave him some coins. I left very confused. I was not sure If this was a case of animal abuse or a beautiful creature helping his master to earn a living. Anyway I took the picture that was worth more than a thousand words.
