  • Ok. So I turned my head back to the cove. Judging the height of tide by seaweed and watermarks, we are standing about 12-20 feet under high tide. The sea bottom here all 1/4 inch pebbles, smoothed by ions of tumbling. The head of land to my right is a cliff cut out by waves and time. to my left a long point I can not see the end of, just waves spraying into the air. Maybe there were once pirates and shepherds and whales. We sat down on the steps and ate chocolate and oranges.
