  • Its not that difficult for a girl who is born and brought up in Bombay to travel or commute in auto rickshaws on the most busiest streets.
    With all that honking and all that traffic, plus the add ons such as polluted smoke from the not-so-maintained-trucks/buses, the awesomely-super-bumpy-potholes, and all the vendors trying to sell their amusing products to you while they are almost into the vehicle with you.

    Right, so as mentioned, it didn’t seem that much of a task when I got into the rickshaw first; after good long AMAZING travelling of eight months to the most- gorgeously beautiful places across the globe. My bio says I am photographer on a cruise ships, So that’s why the travelling.

    Back to the rickshaws again, well so the first half kilometer was a joy ride—Until, all that loud honking got straight into my head creating some serious painfulness. And I hated the fact to be on the streets again in that bouncy auto with the same things which I was used to for last 21 years, but now which seemed like a slow painful death to me.

    Sooner a feeling descended in me, leaving me with a thought of: Does being away from home for eight months really change you in this way? Or am I just a little over-reactive case? Or is it even normal to have such kind of awkward feelings?
