    Avocado, avocado,
    creamy green and golden bliss.

    Avocado, avocado,
    you are just too good to miss.

    Summer’s here, and with it comes
    your gift of health, delight and more,

    and all that yummy guacamole,
    smoothies, soups, salads galore.

    Thank you for this summer treat,
    a welcome respite from the heat!

    AVOCADO SALAD:
    Preparation time: 15 minutes: 4 cups mesclun salad mix,
    2 cups spinach leaves, 2 avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced,
    1/4 cup Honey-Dijon Dressing, 1 cup fresh raspberries, 1 mango,
    peeled and diced. 1/4 cup Mr. Martin's Maple-Glazed Pecans.
    Combine the mesclun and spinach in a large bowl. Add the
    avocados and dressing and toss gently to combine. Transfer
    to a serving dish and top with the raspberries, mango,
    and pecans. Serve with additional dressing on the side.
    Makes 4 servings.
