  • I've facilitated quite a few creative/"think wrong" workshops in the last few years. During each one of them, I think of my first Project M* session in Greensboro, Alabama back in 2009. Being a participant in a month long "design bootcamp" and seeing our ideas come to life left a lasting impression on me. No longer does an idea on a sticky have to simply stop there.

    Now, when I'm facilitating these sessions, I notice the participants excitement when they see their ideas** take shape. With a little bit of elbow grease and motivation, the participants quickly learn that they are very much capable of accomplishing much more then they thought.
