  • I wish it were possible to love this story over and over again, Jean Luc. What a most touching tale of what real freedom means. Those of us lucky enough to have been born into it, can't really experience that awakening in just the way you did, but you have given us a beautiful picture of its unfolding.

    (The photo is of my 1995 Ford F150 pickup with the old camper I picked up for a couple hundred dollars. That's how I know about the freedom of the open road and seeing this great land from one coast to the other. It is a beautiful land.)
