  • It's his birthday. The day before, Jokin and Marion and me set off to the toy shop to find him a gift. We got him this remote controlled helicopter. He played with it until the batteries from the box and the extra ones were dead. He was so happy. Kashia baked him a cake and we all sang him songs in our languages. But the helicopter was the best.

    The first time I met him was on a parking lot in front of the university. I just arrived to Horsens and he was getting out of the car with his sunglasses on. They were exactly the same as mine. Our minds synchronised. "Oh, what an arrogant prick that one is!" Later we became good friends.

    Now he's learning to play drums and is getting married in July. I wish you all the best with both. See you in the autumn perhaps?
