  • No, no, no, Ray. The charm, for me, here has been the open sharing. I can't believe I am able to read pieces from all over the world, from all walks of life - some as mundane as mine and some from people with more experiences than I'll ever have. I think you hit it when you pointed out that there may be a difference between a writer and a storyteller. I don't know either where all those differences may surface. It is good that there are very professional folks here and I can learn a thing or dozen from their contributions, but I also thoroughly appreciate the less than perfect offerings which may even have the stronger voice. Don't let your stories be limited except by your own need or choosing; following rules doesn't suit some of us anyway. The dynamics of this forum may cause constant reconfiguration, but that doesn't need to be a bad thing. There is room for all to play. Just keep writing; we want to keep reading.
