  • Cowbird is my only creative link with the outside world now that I have left my local writing group.

The only other outlet for me was a poetry strand on LinkedIn. This led to my life story being pushed to the back burner so that I could write more poems.

Since I have been reading and posting on Cowbird I have started re writing and improving my life story. I am so grateful for the chance to post illustrated stories. I love photography and sharing my visual world is very important for me.

If I post more than one story it is because:
    1) I have prepared a new story for that day.
    2) I need to respond to another Cowbirder's story or burst.
    3) I need to respond to another Cowbirder's story with joy.

These responses have sparked memories that I need to write about. So basically I do not take Cowbird lightly. I appreciate Cowbirders who open up about their life experience because it gives me courage to do the same. Also I adore reading stories from all over the world.

I will try and post less daily. Blessings to you all.
