  • I am the kind of person who listens to some songs in repeat all day long and sometimes days, as soon as I remember of them, or if it is a new one that I like.

I am also a person who lives situations in repeat. I see them, I recognize and I keep asking myself: "But again?".

    Funny and wicked.

The most interesting thing is when I start noticing that it is not only with me and I catch myself asking "but are you going to let it happen again, my dear"?

Why do we let ourselves being caught so many times? Are we kinds of masochists? What the hell is wrong with us? Think.

Then, I come back to my childhood, I learned English at a school where its main methodology was based in repetition. Curious. I sometimes use it with my students. And it usually works in my point of view. And if we think more deeply are we doing things differently or repeating some actions of our parents and grandparents but in a new world or generation? Is Elis Regina right when she sang "como nossos pais"?

And I keep myself asking questions and living the same damn answers a day after a day after a day. Perhaps I am not a good learner. Nope, I was. Only but only because I wanted to learn and that is for everything in life, isn´t it? Therefore thinking differently we can find out another reason or excuse for all of this... perhaps, just perhaps. Don´t ask me what. Don´t ask me why. But turn yourself to the other side, choose a different path. A different mistake. Choose random, what do you think?

Choose random Ju. And here is repetition again.

Shall there is no problem in repeating but in hoping, though.

And I promise to myself I will never walk in the dark ever in my life again unless I want. I will never ever let myself be broken by someone else for nothing. I will never ever feel sorry for myself. And no one. Again.

I hope you do the same.
