  • It’s funny, this writing thing.

    To write you have to take yourself out of the world. Find quiet and space, be able to hear your own thoughts in order to translate them.

    But to write, that is, to have something to write about, you have to be in the world, feeling, experiencing, immersing yourself in the sensory.

    I have been back in the world and have had no quiet or space to write, slowly wading out into the deep, knowing that I’ll have to submerge soon enough. I miss being out of the world, in full sunlight, breathing, typing.
