  • Sweaty palms, heart racing and a heavy head. We all know this feeling when we are about to embark onto something unknown, stumbling upon this beach in Barcelona out of nowhere, I was drawn to the ocean, without a swimming costume, memories of years of body shaming were afresh, my sister looked at me in disagreement.

Looking back I feel, moments like these show us the greatness that lies ahead when we let go of fear. Throwing my dress away I leaped into the ocean and it welcomed a rebel, the beating hear was at peace.
