  • Last week, in an attempt to help people understand some new rules the City would be enforcing soon, we sent what turned out to be an imperfect letter, and I arrived at work this morning with several calls to make to provide reassurance to some (justifiably) confused people.

    And I ended up talking for a while to an 89 year old man who was saved by Schindler's List. He told me stories of tragedy and horror and also love and success.

    He cried.
