  • One school class drew blind people. All happily guided by guiding dogs. Funny, because here in the Highlands Of Chiapas guiding dogs are impossible! Why? It is ancient Mayan tradition to blow up fire crackers, every day, every night, for public or private fiestas and dogs in general lose it, become sick with Anxiety Disorder. Guiding dogs because of the sudden and strong explosion sounds, forget all that they have learnt.

    Visitors often also get into a panic: they believe a war or revolution has started. Some I have seen, Mexicans from the North, throw themselves under the tables in our restaurant, believing that a death squad of drug traffickers was approaching....

    But click here, see these absolutely wonderful dogs the kids have come up with, they just about kill me with pleasure when I look at them!
