  • Through a tiny Welsh town
    round a roundabout
    turn a corner passing
    higgly piggly houses
    and into an industrial estate.

At the very end of the road
looking up at a beautiful green lush mountain is an ice cream parlour.

An immaculate, modern, funky, ice cream parlour.

The contrast to it’s surroundings is startling.
And inside it is better than any ice cream parlour in Cardiff, London, or any major city.

The ice cream is heaven and as I eat I discover that the factory is at the back,
which is why this oddity is here.
