  • It could have been Greenland. It could have been climate.
    It could have been icebergs, or new broken ice rivers.
    It could have been the warming invention of rivers which did not once exist, such a short time ago, when the ice was full, in winter. It could have been Labrador from the window.

    It could have been the threads of geography we no longer know, the geology changing we see from above, it could have been the St. Lawrence, or a smaller less mighty river. It could have been all the new tributaries all the new rivulets. It could have been the planet, protesting the ice gone rogue.
