  • Let me take you back to when I was 6 or 7 years old. It was this one day. We were at the Flea Market on Candler Road. The Flea Market was getting ready to close for the day. The lights were off leaving the pace dark. It was Taibou, Michaela, Kajatu, Fatou, my sister, and I. We were playing tag in the dark. Instead of being with our moms, we were running around the back of the market in dark. We were all running around being careless. It was until Taibou had ran into me with a cart.

A cart. A metal cart. A red metal cart. The cart hit me right in the face. As soon as it stuck me, I fell backwards. All I remember is me holding my face and Taibou repeatedly saying "I'm so sorry". That evening I went home crying. The next morning, I woke up to my face being completely different. My eyebrows looked as if I had cut them. My lips was swollen. I just looked completely horrible. When my mom saw me, she screamed. All I heard was "What happened?". I explained to her what happened. She was flaming red. She went and told everyone else saying "Look what happened!". Michaela and another friend were mad.

I didn't mean for nobody to cuss out Taibou. I kept telling everyone it was an accident. I knew Taibou didn't mean it. We were just playing in the dark. Today, I still communicate with all these girls including Taibou. <3
