  • WOW: Teachers are still running wild here: blocking the airport, 200 small businesses have had to close in Oaxaca alone, but no politician or teacher has lost a penny so far: it seems as if they united to screw the rest of society! And the government is giving them whatever they ask for and they still block....

I better concentrate on my little life. There is a young man I accompany whose wife died 4 months ago of Cancer and he keeps being heartbroken. He lost his work, His most precious posession was his bicycle and last week it was stolen from him in the local market. He was shattered. Not having a bike means: you have to pay public transport!

I remembered my encounter with Carolina Insolente a few weeks ago and her initiative to ask people who have and do not use their bike to donate it, she fixes them up and then she wanted to help me find to whom to donate those bicycles and design a poster for this.

I wrote her: has someone donated a bike yest!

She wrote back immediately: someone had! She had 2 bikes - and ONE was perfect for my battered young man.

Yesterday she came up from Tuxtla, through teachers┬┤blockades and everything, and we gave the young man his bicycle.
