  • I love nature and how it provides a home for animals, insects and reptiles. Sometimes, I am fortunate to see a little red bug with black dots crawling around on the plants beside me. My memories of first seeing these beautiful Lady Bugs paralyze me even now as I think of my blessed, wonderful, beloved, deceased Grandmother. Early in my childhood, I would be sent up north to visit. I would walk with her outdoors and we would admire the natural condition of the environment. During these visits I was oblivious to the characteristics of truth, wisdom, compassion and beauty that resided deep within this lady who was indeed grand. These bugs that stop time and this connection with these little red insects with black dots make the beloved memories of Grandmother precious. These memories and those bugs will be blissfully linked forever

I often question myself on who I will continue this Ladybug Legacy? I hope it is Alayne.
