  • Staring into the fire, the flames flickering, dancing in the light breeze. Other than the crackling of the burning wood, silence. I begin to think of the times in the past when I have made decisions which I have come to regret, times which have been hard and situations I could have handled differently. It doesn't take long to realize, that despite my mistakes, I'm still with my friends, having time to reflect, in a foreign land on one of the best weekends of my life. We all have a lot to be thankful for, it's just not always obvious at first.
