  • Hi all my wonderful Cowbird Friends. I am back 'in the saddle' at last. My laptop has been mended and returned to me after three weeks of isolation.

Luckily, although I made myself think that being without my laptop will be a good time to practice meditative patience and do some spring cleaning, I was glad that I could spend one week visiting family in England.

I flew to London and traveled by underground to my daughter in Plumstead where I attuned with my new grand daughter Ruby. Such pleasure meeting a new life. Seeing the world through her eyes. All is new. All is fascinating for her as she focuses on new faces and new objects.

After two days I traveled to the other side of London to visit my sister who has just returned from a visit to cousins in Australia.

We visited Tate Modern and Convent Garden and I took many photos. To make up for encroaching in on them during their jet lag I made, carrot and coriander
soup, frijoles refritos and guacamole. They said I could come back again.

then we traveled by coach up to Bristol to see my son and his partner in their new home and make friends with an amazing cat who has just become a member of their household.

So much pleasure. Such sadness when I said goodbye.
