  • Thursday morning, Ben who is our four year old boy, awoke with his sister to find a fresh box of donuts on the kitchen counter. His sister Audrey was in a slightly grumpy mood and so Ben saw an opportunity to be sweet. He gave her the first cherry donut and then sang a song that he wrote on the spot. The lyrics were authentic gibberish. The tune was only straight in the mind of Ben. However, his song had the intended effect of making Audrey laugh.

He's only four but he loves with gusto and sings from the bottom of his soul. I hope he never changes.
