  • Sometimes I just get stopped in my tracks, it could be when I am working, cooking, tending to plants, it could be talking to people or in solitude. These moments of what they call it- "presence", I feel the One watching me, watch myself, watch my world. Then I see-feel (for lack of a better word to describe this) how the world is like a big blanket made up of life-force which is inhaled by our breath, and as we inhale it, we animate our bodies and as we exhale it, we animate the world around us. The breath is what connects us to the energy of our world and gives us the inspiration to live! That's why when we get stressed, the breath is so important; to ensure it flows. Yes, there are many Yogic methods and ancient teachings of Praana (life-breath) but this is actually something we all know, we just have to listen intently because Life would not create Life if it did not give it the means of knowing something so fundamental. It's in-built in us, we just have to put our attention to it and there you go: You could mistake then, Earth for Heaven and you wouldn't be wrong. And you could mistake then, yourself as God and you wouldn't be wrong. All it takes is a free-flowing breath to begin with.
