  • This story is from a series my study abroad experience in Barcelona, Spain

After a small lunch, a small group of us headed up to my neck of the woods to tour and get registered at ESARQ. ESARQ is part of UIC, the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, and offers a number of classes in design and architecture. We met with some people at the school then took a tour of the facilities, from the library stocked with my favorite yet unreachable publications to the studio spaces that I would spend some time in here and there. All in all, it was a fun experience to see what another established architecture school looks like in comparison to the University of Colorado, where I spent the last few years.
