  • Where does it come from? I read your stories and most are happy, cheerful, hopeful, serene, optimistic.

    I read about what's happening in the world. I see the way people treat one another. I think the world has gone mad and there is no hope for the future. I came of age in the 80s during the cold war. The future seems more hopeless now. One day soon there will be no bees. Already there is no clean air, no clean water, no place left uncontaminated. No place to live without fear.

    Where does the happiness come from? I just wish I were dead already.
