  • Hospital rooms are like hotel rooms, only less so. You get room service, someone takes care of your linens, and everything is a la carte.
    Hanging out in a hospital room always brings out the vaudeville comedian in me. Things seem funnier in a hospital. My mind is quicker, sharper. I guess fear is a strong muse.
    I recorded audio for this, but it wasn't worth posting. It's all just ambient noises; beeps, garbled PA announcements, and unintelligible hallway conversations.
