  • today is an auspicious day. a new moon in taurus. a grand earth trine. the first hot day. carolyn and i take the long way into alder creek this morning. rosie and lugh leaping straight up in the air, carolyn and i diving deep into our necessary and urgent theraputics, the hemlock nearly erotic busting out along the trails, wild sweet pea, lupin, the bright chartreuse mustard, ceanothus reinventing purple, the hills so green it makes one ache. something miraculous happened to us this morning as we shredded our ankles in the sharp dune grass hashing out our travails and longing. invalidating the relevence of it as we saturated ourselves in sea mist and a wry fog bank talk, talk and more and more green than a body could withstand. something miraculous happened when we cooled our rashes from the wild stipa grass, in the freezing sea. Ceres did not pay our taxes, find me a lover, cure the ailments we both ache over but she gave us miles of beauty&hope.
