  • Sometimes all I need is a run in the woods to free my mind. To get the ideas flowing. Not only ideas, but a plan to put those ideas in motion.

Maybe it's the quiet of the woods. Perhaps it's the feel of nature - the wind in my face, the leaves brushing past my arms, or the soft ground beneath my feet. Or maybe it's just the simple act of running.

Regardless of what it is about a run in the woods that sets my mind free, the result is a clear head that is free to wander about until it lands on something that sticks, something good, no - something great.
