  • Each day that I see my grandson Theo and my two other grandsons brings me joy. I have Fibromyalgia and am in pain most of the time. I cope by living in the moment and have left the fear of pain behind; since I have been meditating every day. And the moments I spend with Theo are extra joyful.

I do join in with his play. Once I got on a roundabout (carousel in the States?) and realised too late that the centrifugal force was to great for me to stay on and I whizzed off onto the ground. Well I carry on learning something new everyday and find wonder all around me.
