  • Last week was another major milestone for me. I have become pretty good at busting hypervigilance and am completely kicking social isolation's ass. I write about it a bit here:

    I am amazed how far I've come in this year and a half and I am so excited about where my life is going over the next year.

    A quick list of some tools and things that just make life amazing:
    Living in the Now
    Asking for Help
    Being Thankful
    Thanking yourself what you do well
    Giving yourself a pep talk
    Muscle Tension Exercises
    Talking to people in the hallway
    Checking in with people through the day
    Sharing something your learned with friends
    Doing something nice for someone
    A good night's sleep!
    Making plans to spend time with people
    Calling people
    Keeping a pen pal / ally to check in with every day or every other day
    Hugs (and lots of them!)
    High Fives
