  • Minutes ago a coworker posed this question. Would you accept five years in a minimum security prison with a guarantee of working at Google when you got out. I screamed hell no. Freedom means everything to me. Without it am nothing. I can't handle cages. Plus am claustrophobic. I would go insane. I think about people rotting innocently in jails all over the world and I feel helpless. Man has brutalized his kind for much too long. He does not know how to stop. We have grown cynical. I have a friend who's in jail right now in Europe. Haven't seen him in more than five years. I might never see him again. Such is our existence. It can be vile sometimes. I try to rise above it and keep creating art things. It can be therapeutic. It keeps me sane. You gotta try to keep your head above the fray. Powerful forces taunt us from every corner. We live in a shadow world. Keep the shadows at bay.
