  • Upon a time I sought out the best
To strengthen my soul to see
Light, to feel peace and all the rest
The instructor was a kindred spirit, breezy and free

She came from a place so far away
Findhorn she said where all souls go
To gather inner strength and not to sway
From goals and feelings so she may grow

We meditated to a tape with music and words
Laying on mats learning to breathe in, breathe out
Visualizing green pastures and apple orchards
As I went out of body, she gave me her hand with no thought.

    I wondered to this day
If those sessions brought my destiny
Always seeking, always knowing the right way
To live as my given right, just to be.
