  • Maybe you think your life is not cracked up to what you think is worthy of you being alive. I’m here to tell you that all your actions resulted in something good.

Remember the time you broke up with your boyfriend, and then you moved on to someone or something better in your life to make yourself complete at that time. If you will take a moment to reflect on what happened to that boyfriend. You might find that he found happiness in someone or something just like you did.

These are choices and paths that we take in the lifelong journey of living.

Coming full circle in my relationship with my first love has brought me more understanding and happiness of what part I played in other people’s lives.

My wish or a silent prayer asking my God and the Universe for resolving past hurts so I could go on to loving someone completely in the future. I began my journey with hunting the internet for emails on my first love. This was in the days when people finding through emails was available without scrutiny or asking for personal information, and paying for it.

I found my first love’s email, in fact, I found quite a few with the same name. I wrote the first one, and waited for a response. The next day, I received one back and yes, it was my first love. We communicated through emails, instant chats, and phone calls. We resolved old issues, and decided we would meet. We lived 90 miles apart, and after 32 years of being apart, he drove to my apartment and we met again.

It was a crashing experience, with ups and downs of emotional highs and lows. From that moment on, we communicated daily, spent weekends together, and finally, we married after a month and a half.

We have been married now for 14 years and we have come full circle with many bumps along the way.
