  • It was the finals for my cousin. He would take home big money if he won. He has been dancing all day and was getting wore out.
    He had a feeling he wasn't going to win just by the way he was lagging. Then, it started to rain.

    He looked up into the sky and right at that moment lightening struck him.

    He said it was like slow motion, but as it hit him he felt a jolt of energy and danced as if he has mastered grass dancing. He went low to ground and swept the grass with his hands.

    When the drum stopped so did he; he fell to the ground unconscious. They took him to the hospital... he was perfectly fine.

    When they told him he had won he said " It wasn't me who won, it was Tunkasila".
