Three generations of fryers, that’s something” said Harry Hobbs, when he visited our stand at an exhibition for fish and chips restaurants in Peterborough recently.

    When I asked Harry if I could make a photo of him he posed, grinned and said to his friends, “now I am a celebrity guys, just like the movie stars, just like the movie stars”. In my work as a marketing manager for a fishing company, I have met many fine fish fryers, Harry Hobbs is surely a special one, and I don´t think that there are many older fryers in the business now.
