  • At work today, after eating a cannoli, I witnessed a bully turn into many bullies. I witnessed the thievery of an individual's sustenance. I witnessed racism. I had to put my roller pole down. Walk over. Confront and defend. And feel the sweat break out in my armpits. It was a try. It was an attempt. To call them out. Their actions felt so wrong.

    How can you be cruel to someone because they are not from this country?
