  • Despite her walker, the old lady seemed too exhausted to keep up pace with the rest of the group. She
    looked back -- her weary gaze turned towards a young woman behind her, apparently a care assistant
    accompanying the seniors on their excursion.

    The old lady had disappeared. I saw a lady sitting on the walker, bright-eyed, faintly giggling. And a
    baby in a stroller, pushed by her proud, grateful mother. I saw a girl in her imaginary carriage, as a
    princess, delightfully smiling at her court. And a young woman sitting on her boyfriends' bicycle, lost in
    love, touching his fingers.
