  • I was going to write something about winter fizzling out this year. Then I thought, I'd better check first… Posting to forums has trained me always to look for similar posts before starting a new thread. It's embarrassing if you're caught out not doing due diligence, and the trolls will pounce on you like cats on a laser dot. It's a hard habit to break.

It's been a busy week. Not much time to keep up with Cowbird. OMG has it been 4 DAYS?!? Maybe I'll just read my home page, I mean how much could the 31 folks I'm following write? One Hundred and Five stories… That's how much. Apparently I've decided to audience a prolific bunch…

I think it was Clemson who posted a graph showing a logarithmic growth chart for this site on one of his stories. It's getting there. Especially for those of us with non-writing jobs and families. Luckily, it's a slow afternoon and I read quickly…

Love, Love, Love, Meh, Love, Love, Love, Meh, Love, Love, Love, Love, Say what?, Love, Love, Love, Meh, Love…

Dayum! Barbara scooped me with Cowardice! So much more beautiful that what I would have written, too. I suck. :-/

Only 14 more to go! WOW. And I didn't even get to the "Newest" stories link. Oh wells.

Love, Love, Love, Meh, Love, Love, Love, Meh, Love.

Cowbird may be taking up a lot of my time these days, but I really do find it rewarding. I know that when business picks up again I'll be lucky if I can read all there will be, but for now, I can slurp the creative soup being stirred here daily.

The lives I'm witnessing are just getting more interesting…

As for the image. I took this somewhere in Sedona Arizona. Looked like Cowbirds pecking a head to me!
