  • Three used tea bags in the parking lot. The parking space next to this has a few more. And the next. Why?

    Someone drives to work, puts the morning tea in the cup holder of the car. The person is an early bird, so the parking spaces closest to the entrance is available.

    The driver parks the car, opens the door. Pours out the last drops of tea and the tea bag on the ground next to the car, puts the cup back in it's holder, and then gets out and go to work. Every day.

    That's what I figure.
