  • http://bipolaroutloud.com/ at this site you will find my wonderful daughters blog.
On this blog she writes about herself.

" About me, the short version is, I'm currently a stay at home wife, no babies yet, unless you count the dog and cat. I write, cook, bake, and craft often. I am an artist, gamer, musician, and fashionista. I'm a huge mental health advocate, repeated Bipolar I survivor with rapid cycling, mixed and psychotic episodes, and accompanied by many ridiculous obsessive compulsive symptoms. This is my life, out loud. If you want the full story, check out my about me page!" ... in that longer post she said ... "I am not a professional psychologist, but I can honestly say that I am a professional manic-depressive. Anyone who has spent years dealing with this disease and survived can claim this. I’ve been knowingly living this life for over 10 years and I have quite the resume to go along with it. I write to stay sane and I write in hopes that my stories will inspire healing and hope in anyone living in the internal chaos of bipolar. I truly want to help those suffering who cannot find anyone to relate to. In some of my most difficult times, knowing that someone else in the world has felt the same pain that I had, was a light in the dark. I can only hope that my stories have helped guide someone to healing and understanding."

Thousands of followers read her blog where she talks honestly about sobriety of all types.
