  • A broken clock is right twice a day. This lady is dressed to party 365 days of the year. Casually sitting in the streets of Rio's Santa Teresa, at the same time every day, on a wall that faces another wall, blending in with the graffiti, ambivalent to the attention she attracts for just being herself. And why not. She's a native of one of the most remarkable cities on the planet. I took this picture during Carnival. She'd added a little lipstick for the event, otherwise it was business as usual.
