A single star floats in space, waiting in the dark surrounded by light.
Strong and glowing she is stuck in the stillness of space trapped by the greedy pull of the black.
Hundreds of miles away she sees her love lighting the dark, burning brighter than even the oldest of stars.
The bright star does not allow her stares as he warms his love in the midst of the black.
The planet, lit by his loving glares, marvels and thrives in his adoration.
The lonely star begins to weep and rage in pain and want for she cannot be seen nor can she move.
All at once a suffocation hole consumes the little star in all her pain and she is scratched out of space forever.
The Sun stares on.
