  • El Floridita is a small restaurant located only a few blocks away from the school. The inside reminds you of a real underground restaurant/bar in Cuba. This place also boasts salsa nights and impressive collection of gourmet Cuban Dishes, our only problem was that the lighting was pretty bad making it hard to even see what we were eating. Over all we were impressed by the foods quality even if it some what pricey averaging at 11.00 dollars a dish. We also had an interesting chat with the bartender who was from Puerto rico, he said he was working there part time, along with his passion for music productions in movies. He also said he studied film and music at USC, and he played jazz piano. Here's one of the dishes we had:
